Delete Your SpotScout Account

SpotScout is a parking marketplace operated by Steel Harbor Holdings LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your SpotScout account and associated personal data, whether or not you have access to the mobile app.

In the SpotScout app

If you can sign in to the SpotScout mobile app, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open the SpotScout app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm the deletion when prompted.

This removes your listings, bookings, messages, and profile, and deletes your sign-in.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, submit the form below using the email address associated with your SpotScout account. We may verify account ownership before processing your request, so an email address alone does not immediately delete an account.

What happens to your data

Once your request is verified and completed, SpotScout deletes or anonymizes account-associated personal data, including your profile, listings, bookings, messages, and uploaded files, where applicable.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, payment dispute, chargeback, or other regulatory obligations, for as long as needed to meet those obligations.
